Amazon faces a Tuesday vote in Ohio on a measure that could block its planned $2 billion data center, one of 41 data-center ballot measures in 10 states. Voters backed tighter limits in every such measure decided this year, a risk for building plans at Amazon, Microsoft (Nasdaq: MSFT) and Alphabet (Nasdaq: GOOGL).
